First Draw.. JUNE 1st!
What is the benefit?
The ticket program has been extremely valuable to our organization and has helped us grow significantly over the last five years, with participation increasing from approximately 200 players to over 650 players.
The SDLL portion is essential to supporting player development, facilities, and equipment, and it helps ensure we can continue providing opportunities for all athletes in our community.
If everyone who could, would participate, it can make a huge impact! Even small contributions each week is an enormous help; by increase the prize amounts it makes a meaningful difference in helping families who may struggle financially to be able to participate.
We are asking families to please consider trying to sell tickets, or at least review the information thoroughly, prior to making a final decision.
We truly appreciate everyone’s support and understanding.
Thank you,
SDLL 5050 Committee
Think about this ....
For 20 years, people have talked about “someday” having better field conditions for our kids. Five years ago, a group of determined SDLL parents decided someday was finally today.
The revitalization of Bernie MacNeil Field started with volunteers who knew most of their own kids might never fully benefit from the work — but they showed up anyway. Why? Because every child in our community deserves the chance to play on a real little league field and be proud of where they play.
That same spirit is what the 50/50 initiative is all about.
Every ticket sold helps support equipment, field maintenance, and our goals of future upgrades like canteens and washrooms. More importantly, it helps grow opportunities for kids in our area and moves SDLL closer to becoming self-sustaining for years to come.
We’re excited for the future and we are trying to build facilities and programs that lasts for generations.
